After-hours movers:

Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) rose 9% after solid quarterly results and guidance. Net revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 was $2.219 billion, $19.0 million above the mid-point of the Company’s guidance provided on December 2, 2025.

Samsara Inc (NYSE: IOT) rose 13% after revenue topped estimates. Revenue for the quarter came in at $444.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $422.29 million.

GAP (NYSE: GAP) fell 8% after its quarterly results were viewed as lackluster. Comparable sales were up 3%.

Guidewire Software (NYSE: GWRE) rose 1% after it beat estimates on the top and bottom line.

Costco (NASDAQ: COST) shares were flat after it reported Q2 EPS of $4.58, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $4.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $69.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $69.25 billion.

Cooper Cos. (NASDAQ: COO) rose 8% after EPS easily beat estimates. Cooper reported Q1 EPS of $1.10, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $1.03.
