Aclarion Inc. (NASDAQ: ACON, ACONW) completed a $10.4 million common stock financing at $5.18 per share, according to a company statement. The healthcare technology company now holds $21.6 million in cash as of January 12, 2026, with zero debt.
The financing extends Aclarion's operating runway into 2028 based on current plans. The company develops technology to help physicians identify chronic low back pain sources using biomarkers and artificial intelligence algorithms.
"This financing clearly de-risks our ability to reach significant milestones within the timeline of our cash runway," said Brent Ness, Chief Executive Officer of Aclarion. "With a debt-free balance sheet, strong cash reserves, and extended cash runway into 2028, we are focused squarely on execution."
Aclarion plans to advance enrollment in its CLARITY clinical trial with a goal of enrolling approximately 25% of patients by the end of Q2 2026. The company expects an initial readout after the initial cohort completes their 3-month follow-up visit. The company also plans to launch version 2.8 of its Nociscan software in Q1.
The company's Nociscan platform uses magnetic resonance spectroscopy data to help physicians distinguish between painful and nonpainful discs in the lumbar spine. Aclarion aims to expand access through major MRI manufacturers, potentially growing the available global market by more than 30%.
Dawson James Securities Inc. served as the exclusive placement agent for the offering. The information is based on the company's press release statement.
