September 3, 2025 6:00 AM EDT

Aclarion Inc. (NASDAQ: ACON, ACONW) appointed Greg Gould as chief financial officer, effective immediately, the healthcare technology company announced. Gould replaces John Lorbiecki, who plans to retire.

Gould brings more than 30 years of public and private company experience to the Broomfield, Colorado-based company. He has raised more than $450 million in public company debt and equity offerings, led over ten acquisitions, sold three publicly-traded companies, and guided three organizations through uplistings to NASDAQ.

Most recently, Gould served as CFO of Nanos Health, a pharmaceutical startup focused on nanotechnology-based drug delivery solutions. He has held CFO roles at seven publicly-traded companies, including Charlotte's Web (TSX: CWEB, OTC: CWBHF) and Aytu BioScience. Gould holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a certified public accountant.

"We are thrilled to welcome Greg to our leadership team," said Brent Ness, chief executive officer of Aclarion. "His deep expertise in driving growth, capital strategies and financial leadership at publicly-traded companies will be invaluable as we execute on our vision of making Nociscan more widely available to physicians and patients with chronic low back pain."

Aclarion develops technology that uses biomarkers and artificial intelligence algorithms to help physicians identify the location of chronic low back pain. The company's Nociscan solution uses magnetic resonance spectroscopy data to help distinguish between painful and nonpainful discs in the lumbar spine.

The information is based on a press release statement from the company.
