Aclarion (ACON) postpones annual shareholder meeting to July 21

Aclarion Inc. (NASDAQ: ACON) announced Monday that it has adjourned its annual stockholders meeting originally scheduled for July 7, 2025, to solicit additional votes on proposals outlined in its proxy statement.
The healthcare technology company said the meeting will reconvene on July 21, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time at its corporate office in Broomfield, Colorado. The record date for stockholders entitled to vote remains May 9, 2025.
Stockholders who previously submitted proxies do not need to take additional action unless they wish to change their vote. Those wanting to modify their vote can do so by returning a signed proxy with a later date or transmitting a subsequent vote online by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on July 20, 2025.
The company filed its definitive proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 13, 2025. Aclarion develops healthcare technology that uses magnetic resonance spectroscopy and artificial intelligence to optimize treatments for low back and neck pain.
Previously submitted proxies will be counted at the adjourned meeting unless properly revoked before the new meeting date.
