AIxCrypto names Andrew Grossman as head of legal
AIxCrypto Inc. (NASDAQ: AIXC) announced the appointment of Andrew Grossman as Head of Legal. Grossman will oversee the company's legal, compliance, and governance functions, including SEC disclosures, fund and investment compliance, digital asset and Web3 protocol architecture, and strategic commercial agreements.
The company stated that Grossman brings experience in securities regulation, digital asset ecosystem architecture, strategic corporate structuring, intellectual property strategy, and governance for high-growth and public companies.
"AIxC is strategically positioned at the convergence of Web3 and AI," Grossman said. "I look forward to architecting the legal and governance frameworks that will allow us to bridge these ecosystems, ensuring we unlock sustainable commercial value while setting the standard for responsible innovation."
AIxCrypto noted that Grossman's appointment strengthens the company's compliance and governance capabilities. His leadership will enable AIxCrypto to leverage compliance foundations established in partnership with Faraday Future Intelligent Electric, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI).
The company recently changed its name from Qualigen Therapeutics, Inc. to AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. as part of a strategic rebranding. AIxCrypto describes itself as building blockchain technology with artificial intelligence as a core driving force, creating an ecosystem that integrates AI, cryptocurrency, and blockchain while connecting Web2 and Web3.
