3iQ Corp appointed Tommaso Mancuso as president, the digital asset investment management company announced. Mancuso will retain his role as chief investment officer while overseeing daily business operations and the company's investment solutions and strategies.
The appointment follows Pascal St-Jean's transition to dual-CEO roles at both 3iQ and Coincheck Group (NASDAQ: CNCK). Coincheck Group acquired 3iQ in March 2026, according to the company statement.
"As we continue 3iQ's global expansion I am very excited by the prospect of becoming more involved in the wider aspects of the business," Mancuso said in the announcement. He noted that developments have progressed rapidly since he joined 3iQ six months ago.
St-Jean said Mancuso has become instrumental in several corporate achievements since joining the company last summer. "I look forward to working with him even more closely as we continue to make 3iQ a first mover and leading provider of digital asset investment solutions," St-Jean stated.
Founded in 2012, 3iQ operates as a digital asset manager and launched what it describes as the world's first Digital Assets Managed Account Platform. The company has introduced bitcoin and ethereum exchange-traded products listed on major stock exchanges and integrated staking features into its ethereum and solana ETPs.
3iQ operates as a subsidiary of Coincheck Group N.V., a Netherlands-based holding company listed on NASDAQ.
