UBS analyst Karl Keirstead lowered the price target on Workday (NASDAQ: WDAY) to $240.00 (from $250.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "For the 3rd straight quarter, Workday elected to reaffirm but not raise its USD-based FY26 revs guide of $8.8 billion ex acquisitions, with the 2Q/Jul and 3Q/Oct FY26 guidance raises stemming largely from the inclusion of the Paradox and Sana deals. While ~14% growth is solid at a $9-10b revs scale and is higher than many other large-cap SaaS firms, one narrative coming out of this print is that Workday’s cRPO/revs growth rate is still modestly decelerating despite the lift from AI SKUs. We remain Neutral-rated at 17x CY26E FCF."
