DA Davidson analyst Kurt Yinger raised the price target on Trex (NYSE: TREX) to $65.00 (from $60.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "Exiting 2Q25 earnings we are maintaining our NEUTRAL rating, but bump our PT to $65 (from $60), reflecting increased confidence in attaining full-year sales growth targeted (aided by midyear price increases), expanding gross margins, and the nearing of stronger cash generation. Sell-through remains resilient in a lackluster housing and R&R backdrop, and while we have little confidence around a broadbased NT acceleration, execution on railing initiatives and momentum with new products is encouraging."
