Rosenblatt analyst Catherine Trebnick raised the price target on Sprinklr Inc (NYSE: CXM) to $12.00 (from $10.50) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Sprinklr's strong Q4 performance, achieved under the new CEO's leadership, signals a rapid and effective shift towards operational efficiency and customer value. We believe this initial success is rooted in the CEO's rapid efforts to address legacy implementation and delivery challenges, while strategically prioritizing expansion sales to the company's top 400 - 500 customers. FQ4 Revenue grew 4% Y/Y vs the consensus estimate of 3% Y/Y and exceeded expectations by $2M, largely driven by Subscription Services (up 3% Y/Y vs. the consensus of +2%). Operating margins of 13% and PF EPS of $0.10 surpassed guidance and our/ Street estimates of 9% and $0.07, respectively. Sprinklr is actively transforming to stabilize and grow, prioritizing improved execution and consistency. This quarter's financial results and strategic updates, including enhanced margins and targeted customer engagement initiatives, demonstrate a clear commitment to this strategy and establish a solid foundation, reinforcing our Buy rating and $12 price target (up from $10.50), which we are reiterating with our revised FY26 estimates."
