Jefferies analyst Lloyd Byrne raised the price target on Darling Ingredients (NYSE: DAR) to $50.00 (from $44.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "We estimate 4Q EBITDA of $284mn (ex-LCM), +6% vs cons. The beat is expected to be driven by Feed (Proteins) and DGD. In 1Q26, we est core EBITDA (incl corp) of $204mn (vs cons $232mn), driven by lag in feedstock pricing impacting the Feed segment (unless we see a reversal in Jan). Lower feedstock pricing should help DGD in 1Q, but we could see pressure due to lower 45Z for SAF. Macro focus remains on final RVO, which now could potentially be released by 1Q end."
