DA Davidson analyst Rudy Kessinger raised the price target on CommVault Systems (NASDAQ: CVLT) to $175.00 (from $170.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Earlier this week, we hosted two days of in-person investor meetings with CVLT's new CFO Jen DiRico, Global VP of Security GTM & CTO of Global Services and Solutions Rahul Pawar, and Head of IR Mike Melnyk. Top discussion points included how the recent CrowdStrike (CRWD; BUY) outage has elevated customer interest in CVLT's Cyber Resilience solutions, the Dell partnership & opportunity, competitive dynamics, and Mrs. DiRico's top priorities as she settles into the role. We remain bullish on the shares given the strong and improving execution and still attractive valuation despite the +93% move YTD. Raising PT from $170 to $175."
