Barclays's Anthony Diclemente boosted his price target on shares of Priceline.com (NASDAQ: PCLN) from $725 to $800 Thursday morning. The analyst maintains an Overweight rating on the stock.

Diclemente's new target comes in behind Citi's Mark Mahaney for the Street-high price target. The Citi analyst currently has an $850 price target on shares of Priceline.com.

Priceline shares have rallied more than 50 percent since the start of 2012. The stock has moved up in a near straight line, pulling back from a 52-week high at $736.92 over just the last few sessions. Shares are indicated nearly 1 percent lower to around $712.75 in Thursday's pre-market session.
