Truist Securities analyst William S. Stein raised the price target on Amphenol (NYSE: APH) to $76.00 (from $74.50) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "APH's qtr & outlook were great, in our view, and perhaps even a bit better than typical. The company beat on revenue, margins, EPS and leaned into M&A — the best driver of growth for the company. Guidance was only inline, but investors who know APH know that it's a conservative view. The stock is spring-loaded to expand as the company closes both announced deals (Lutze) and new deals (APH notes it still has the capacity). CY25 EPS to $2.02 (from $1.97); PT to $76 (from $74.50) based on 32x (traditional 12x prem to S&P) applied to $2.38 (2025 EPS + 36c M&A potential)."
