UBS analyst Jay Sole reiterated a Buy rating and $390.00 price target on Burlington Stores (NYSE: BURL).
The analyst commented, "We believe BURL's superior value proposition will lead to market share gains versus struggling channels such as Dept. Stores. Plus, we believe the company’s “Burlington 2.0” strategy is working and will drive incremental earnings growth which surprises the market. We model an 18% 5-year EPS CAGR (FY24-FY29E) and see 72% upside to our Price Target. Tariffs represent a downside risk, yet we think BURL will outperform as EPS beats drive upwards revisions to sell-side consensus EPS estimates and turns sentiment to bullish from bearish. Our FY25 EPS estimate is 11% above consensus."
