Susquehanna analyst Shyam Patil reiterated a Positive rating and $320.00 price target on Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS).
The analyst comments "Platform expansion opportunity with agentic operations. Throughout the event, ZS highlighted the opportunity to expand its platform with agentic operations. Management emphasized the challenge posed by recent shifts in architecture from on-premise to cloud and how detection, with more AI embedded, is changing as a result. ZS also called out the growing amount of data to synthesize as the number of IoT and OT devices outpaces the number of endpoints. ZS’ synthesis of its own first-party with third-party data, made possible by the data fabric it acquired through Avalor, allows ZS to build out sec ops capabilities with the acquisition of Red Canary’s agentic AI technology. ZS will now be able to automate threat and exposure management by using individual task agents specialized in data collection, investigation, policy, and reporting."
