Stifel analyst Dara Azar reiterated a Buy rating and $150.00 price target on Inhibrx Biosciences (NASDAQ: INBX).
The analyst commented, "We hosted a KOL call with Dr William Redmond PhD (Providence Cancer Institute) and Dr Ezra Cohen (Tempus/ex-UCSD) to discuss INBRX-106, INBX's hexavalent OX40 agonist. Dr Redmond attributed INBRX-106’s potency and clinical success so far to its hexavalent structure, enabling T-cell activation traditional designs could not achieve. He thought OX40’s temporal regulation should localize activity in the tumor microenvironment and minimize systemic toxicity. Dr Cohen expressed renewed optimism for OX40 following INBX's data in immunotherapy-refractory patients. For the randomized 1L HNSCC interim ORR disclosure, he targets a 15% absolute delta over Keytruda and thinks for the true value of an OX40 combination is in “raising the tail” of the OS curve rather than just producing transient targeted therapy-like ORR signals. Ultimately, the KOLs view 1L HNSCC as a strategic PoC and INBRX-106 an immunotherapy add-on for neoadjuvant and non-HNSCC indications pending further clinical validation."
