Stifel analyst Brian Brophy reiterated a Buy rating and $471.00 price target on Comfort Systems USA (NYSE: FIX).
The analyst commented, “Despite uncertainty in the data center construction outlook following DeepSeek, FIX has seen no change in demand in 2025 or beyond thus far. Modular remains a unqiue opportunity for FIX with potentially increasing importance given ongoing labor constraints and data centers moving to unique locations in search of power."
And, "FIX has seen minimal impact from changes in immigration policy, and we expect any negative impacts from tariffs to ultimately be temporary.”
Also, “We continue to like FIX's outsized data center exposure, execution track record, and non-union labor force. While broader non-residential construction trends are of increasing concern amongst investors, we would highlight the outsized importance of data centers in the E&M space and for FIX in particular. We believe this provides a notable offset to non-resi softness that may occur. We are maintaining our Buy rating.”
