Stifel analyst Ruben Roy raised the price target on Plexus (NASDAQ: PLXS) to $330.00 (from $280.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "We recently hosted PLXS management (David Abuhl, CFO, Oliver Mihm, COO and Shawn Harrison, VP IR) for investor meetings in which the company reaffirmed several aspects of our longer-term investment thesis. Key themes: (1) Momentum accelerating across key end markets; (2) Engineering-led model drives share gains and stickiness; (3) Operating margin path beyond 6% appears real and imminent; (4) Data center power could emerge as a longer-term top-line needle mover; and (5) Capacity runway supports $6bn revenue run-rate. We are increasing our target price to $330, up from $280."
