Despite a competitor upgrade coming in for Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN) this morning amid the company's 10K filing, Jefferies is sticking with their Underperform rating and $17 price target.
The firm comments, "URBN's 10-K revealed comps are running up LSD% 1Q to date. While this shows a slight sequential improvement, all retailers have seen better results in 1Q, and we do not believe this slight improvement marks a sustained turn in the biz. We continue to believe URBN faces structural issues including slowing growth, eroding returns, over-sized stores, rising competition and unproven new growth vehicles."
