H.C. Wainwright Reiterates Buy Rating on Rezolve AI Ltd. (RZLV)

H.C. Wainwright analyst Scott Buck reiterated a Buy rating and $12.00 price target on Rezolve AI Ltd. (NASDAQ: RZLV).

The analyst commented: "Prior to Tuesday's market open, Rezolve AI announced an expansion of its AI commerce platform with the acquisition of Reward Loyalty UK Limited. Reward Loyalty specializes in card-linked banking loyalty programs and data monetization working with hundreds of global retailers and dozens of major banks in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This addition should expand Rezolve's reach in both payments and core commerce platforms introducing tens of millions of cardholders, hundreds of global retailers and the world's leading payment networks. The EBITDA accretive transaction is valued at $230.0M and will be paid entirely from balance sheet cash. This transaction is consistent with the company's current M&A strategy of acquiring legacy technology companies and upselling their existing customers on Rezolve's AI and payment capabilities. With $90.0M of annual revenue, we believe the acquisition of Reward Loyalty puts Rezolve on track to meet, or potentially exceed its current 2026 revenue target of $350.0M. While the company has been aggressive in its expansion through M&A adding approximately $160.0M of annual revenue since December 2025, the ability to successfully integrate these larger transactions remains somewhat uncertain. However, we suspect the company will be prepared to update investors on integration when the business reports full year 2025 results this Spring. Longer term, we see a growing business that can generate gross margins exceeding 80% and net margins approaching 20%. We remain Buy-rated and maintain our $12 price target on RZLV shares."
