Following a nearly 8.5 percent decline on Friday amid news late Thursday the company's COO Tom Rutledge announced his resignation, Citi's Jason Bazinet added shares of Cablevision (NYSE: CVC) to the firm's "Top Picks Live" list Monday morning.
The analyst believes the market's reaction on Friday was a "touch extreme." Bazinet maintains a Buy rating and $21 price target.
The stock is indicated about 5.5 percent higher ahead of the bell. Shares last traded at $13.45.
