Citi's Kate McShane added shares of AutoZone (NYSE: AZO) to the firm's "Top Picks Live" list Wednesday morning. The analyst maintains a Buy rating and $395 price target on the stock.
The addition comes amid news of a lowered stake by Eddie Lampert's ESL Partners LP Tuesday evening. Citing redemptions, ESL's stake fell from 21.7 percent to 12.6 percent. Notably, shares of AutoZone opened Wednesday's session around $315 following the SEC filings.
With AutoZone shares last trading at $325.70, up about 1.9 percent for the session, McShane's price target represents potential upside of about 21 percent.
