Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Jonathan Ruykhaver reiterated an Overweight rating and $24.00 price target on SentinelOne Inc (NYSE: S).
The analyst commented, "Our investment stance remains unchanged heading into F2Q26 earnings on Thursday, August 28, 2025 after market close. We are positive on continued solid growth among enterprise customers, broader platform adoption, and a NNARR rebound… SentinelOne lowered its FY26 top-line guidance by ~1% in 1Q, citing April weakness driven by deal slippage and customer spending pauses. The firm also missed FactSet consensus on NNARR and billings. While management pointed to macro pressures, it was one of the only security firms in our coverage to miss and lower guidance, suggesting potential execution issues as well. Our checks also indicate that EDR is facing headwinds, as demand is often linked to new compute purchases and employee growth. However, with the broader macro environment improving and top-line growth closely tied to customer expansion, we expect a steady beat and a more optimistic outlook going forward."
