Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Nikhil Devnani reiterated a Market Perform rating and $60.00 price target on Etsy (NASDAQ: ETSY).
The analyst commented: "ETSY’s 4Q25 print was largely in-line. The sale of Depop to EBAY unlocks some value and puts ETSY’s attention squarely back on execution around core marketplace consideration, product development (lots of AI talk both first-party and third-party), and retention. It makes the stock a bit more interesting near-term as ETSY will receive ~20% of its market cap in cash. But, over a longer-term horizon, the stock and multiple will be driven by the performance of the core business — namely, ETSY’s ability to return to consistent GMS growth. Active Buyer trends and the 1Q26 guide offered some reprieve, but tough comps make the near-term tricky."
