Unity Software Inc. (U) Announces Resignation of Chief Marketing Officer

On June 18, 2024, Unity Software Inc. (NYSE: U) entered into a resignation and transition agreement (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which Carol Carpenter will resign as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, effective as of June 30, 2024 (the “Transition Date”). Ms. Carpenter will continue as an employee and will serve as the Company’s Strategic Marketing Advisor and will assist with the transition of her responsibilities until she departs from the Company, effective December 1, 2024 (the “Resignation Date”).
