Steel Dynamics (STLD) Announces Retirement of SVP of Special Projects

On May 9, 2025, Glenn Pushis, Steel Dynamics (NASDAQ: STLD) Senior Vice President Special Projects, notified the Company that he will retire from the Company, effective October 1, 2025. Post October 1, 2025, he will continue to provide consulting services to the Company through the commissioning of the Company’s new aluminum flat rolled facilities during the year.
