Qualcomm appoints Patricia Grech as chief accounting officer

Qualcomm Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM) announced executive changes within its finance organization on August 25, 2025.
Neil Martin, who served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, where he will oversee the company's mergers and acquisitions activities and strategic initiatives. Martin stepped down from his Chief Accounting Officer position effective immediately.
The company appointed Patricia Grech as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, also effective immediately. Grech, 53, previously served as Vice President, Finance and Controller since December 2022 and held the position of Vice President, Finance from May 2017 to December 2022. She has worked in various finance and accounting roles at Qualcomm since joining the company in 2006.
Grech holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Finance from Miami University of Ohio and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
According to the company's statement, no arrangements or understandings with other parties influenced Grech's selection for the position, and no transactions between Grech and the company require disclosure under regulatory requirements.
