Pluri (PLUR) Announces CFO Resignation

On June 30, 2024, Ms. Chen Franco-Yehuda notified Pluri (NASDAQ: PLUR) of her resignation from her position as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company, which will become effective as of September 30, 2024. Ms. Franco-Yehuda’s resignation was for personal reasons and was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
