Mitek Systems (MITK) announces resignation of Chief Product Officer

On September 12, 2025, Christopher Briggs tendered his resignation from his position as the Chief Product Officer of Mitek Systems (NASDAQ: MITK) effective September 19, 2025. Mr. Briggs’ resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
