MSG Networks CEO Andrea Greenberg leaves after contract expires

Andrea Greenberg departed her position as President and Chief Executive Officer of MSG Networks Inc. on September 2, 2025, following the expiration of her employment agreement on September 1, 2025.

MSG Networks is a subsidiary of Sphere Entertainment Co. (NYSE: SPHR). The company announced Greenberg's departure in a statement, noting it occurred on what it termed the "Separation Date."
