Hertz Global (HTZ) Announces Resignation of Chief Accounting Officer

On March 12, 2025, Kelly Galloway, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Hertz Global (NASDAQ: HTZ) and The Hertz Corporation (“Hertz”), informed the Company of her intent to resign from her role with the Company and Hertz to accept a role outside the Company. Ms. Galloway will remain with the Company in her current position through the filing of the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ending March 31, 2025. Scott M. Haralson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will become the Company’s principal accounting officer upon Ms. Galloway’s departure from the Company.
