Coca-Cola Consolidated executive plans 2027 retirement
Coca-Cola Consolidated Inc. (NASDAQ: COKE) announced that Robert G. Chambless, Executive Vice President of Franchise Beverage Operations, notified the company of his intention to retire in 2027.
Chambless will transition to Executive Vice President, Senior Advisor to the Chairman and CEO, effective January 1, 2026. In this role, he will assist with the transition of his current responsibilities and provide strategic advice to the company's leadership.
The company stated that Chambless' transition and retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding operations, policies, practices, financial statements, accounting policies, or internal controls.
The announcement was made on August 28, 2025, according to the company's statement.
