Arista Networks promotes CTO Kenneth Duda to president role

Arista Networks Inc. (NYSE: ANET) appointed Kenneth Duda to the role of president and chief technology officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement released September 5.
Duda, 54, previously served as chief technology officer and senior vice president of engineering. In his expanded role, he will oversee cloud and artificial intelligence systems engineering and business development.
The executive is one of Arista's founders and has worked with the company in various capacities since 2004. He has served as chief technology officer and senior vice president of software engineering since September 2011 and joined the board of directors in December 2023.
Duda holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science and electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a doctorate in computer science from Stanford University.
