In a 13G filing after the close Friday on Cubist Pharma. (Nasdaq: CBST), Steven Cohen's SAC Capital hedge fund disclosed a 5.8%, or 3,465,768 share, stake in the company.

The hedge fund held just 59,188 shares at the end of the latest quarter, 12/31/10.
