In an ameded 13D filing on today on UTStarcom (NASDAQ: UTSI), hedge fund Shah Capital disclosed a 9.01%, or 14,066,890 share, stake in the company. This is up 1.09% from the 13,915,890 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending March 31, 2011.
